Mr Don Challen

Mr Challen is Secretary of the Department of Treasury and Finance. He has been a Director of TASCORP since March 1991 and was appointed Chairman in March 1993. Mr Challen is a Fellow of CPA Australia and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Honorary Fellow of the Finance and Treasury Association. Mr Challen is an economist, specialising in public finance. He has been a Member of the Financial Reporting Council since its inception in 1999 and is Chairman of the Heads of Treasuries Accounting and Reporting Advisory Committee. |

Mr John Hindmarsh

John Hindmarsh was appointed a Director, and Chief Executive Officer of TASCORP in May 2002. Mr Hindmarsh has over 25 years experience in the capital markets arranging finance for businesses, managing investment portfolios and managing the risks associated with treasury activities. He has a masters degree in Business Administration, has been a part-time lecturer in Corporate Finance at the University of Auckland, and was previously a Director of the New Zealand Venture Investment Fund. |

Mr Bev Walters

Mr Walters has a bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree, a bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Leadership. Mr Walters was appointed to the Board in October 1997 and is a Director of Elders Australia Ltd. He has previously been a Managing Director of Rabo Australia Limited and the Primary Industry Bank of Australia, and the Managing Director of ANZ Merchant Bank Limited and ANZ Capital Markets Limited. Mr Walters has accumulated more than 35 years banking and finance experience. |

Ms Carol Austin

Ms Austin is the Investment Services Director for Contango Asset Management. She has extensive experience in economic analysis, public policy and business management. Ms Austin has been a director of TASCORP since September 2004 and has been appointed to the Audit Committee. Ms Austin has an Honours Degree in Economics from ANU and a Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Monash University. She is a Governor of the ANU Endowment Foundation and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research, University of Melbourne. |

having

Australia
Bank for 34
years.
He has

experience
at both the
operational
and
strategic
level of
retail
banking,
corporate
banking,
marketing,
international
trade,
international
markets,
credit, risk
management,
governance
and
technology.
He is Senior
Fellow of
the
Financial
Services
Institute of
Australasia,
a Member of
the
Australian
Institute of
Company
Directors,
and
currently a
director of
Arab Bank
Australia,
GPT Global,
Elders Ltd
and Rural
Bank Ltd. |
