Service Targets
3.1 Ensure TASCORP maintains a strong focus by:

Setting service delivery targets in its Corporate Plan

Measuring and reporting the rates of client satisfaction against those targets in its Annual Report

3.2 Take account of best practice and other management developments in the industry in which TASCORP operates and the commercial sector generally by:

Identifying appropriate industry performance benchmarks in its Corporate Plan, and
|
 |
Measuring and reporting against those benchmarks in its Annual Report.

Financial Performance Targets
3.3 Set financial performance targets in its Corporate Plan and report on their attainment or otherwise in its Annual Report.
3.4 Comply with the risk management policies set by the TASCORP Board

Pricing Policy
TASCORP is expected to set prices, fees and charges that:

Ensure an adequate return for the risk assumed by TASCORP, and

Represent fair value to TASCORP’s clients.
