For those people immigrating to Tasmania under the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) (Subclass 188) visa scheme, the Tasmanian Public Finance Corporation (TASCORP) provides the following investment options:
INVESTOR STREAM – “Designated Investment”
For those entering under the Investor stream, TASCORP provides specific Tasmanian State Government Bonds as designated investments for this stream.
SIGNIFICANT INVESTOR STREAM – “Complying Investment”
For those entering under the Significant Investor stream, interested in purchasing Tasmanian State Government Bonds as a complying investment, we are able to refer clients to member banks of our bond dealer panel whom deal in TASCORP’s benchmark bond lines in the secondary market.
